Problem : Change the profile name does not work

How are you? I try to change my profile name much time now but nothing change,
when I made the different modifications.

First name: Arnold Wright
Last name: KITI 

Could you make a different change by yourself on the back-end?

This is the same message I have, when I want to change my profile name. But nothing changes after these 48 hours. Please, could you apply my request because I do not have a good display on my profile?

The support marks my request with the status like solved but not.
Always the same thing. Hope this will change with my new request.
