I am facing problem while downloading an attachment containing password protected docx file. It outputs the following message:
The file you’re trying to download is password protected, and could not be scanned.
I would recommend that you communicate with the client about the file, as we will not be able to scan it from our end unless the client removes the password protection.
Upwork is not a file transfer tool.
Try using tools that are intended for transferring files. There are many to choose from, including:
USB thumb drive
MIcrosoft One Drive
