Problem Editing Portfolio

I am trying to edit the Cover Image of one of my Portfolio projects and keep getting the message: ! 'Forbidden: You do not have sufficient priveledges to access this page'.

All I am trying to do is reduce down the size and position of the cover image.

Any suggestions?
