What do you mean by "change your profile?" Change what? You don't seem to have a fully completed profile, so how could you have sent any proposals? There also seems to be a little discrepancy with the location, no? And you have to use a photo of yourself. You are not allowed to use stock photos like you have done. Especially when the male model in your photo has next to no chance of having the name "Fraya"-

Everything on your profile (including your university and background and name and photo and location must be true...)

Once you update your profile, it's updated for all that are accessing your profile.

As Petra said, your profile must represent you as an individual, and that all the information in your profile including your profile photo needs to be accurate, truthful, and verifiable. Please check this help article for more information on how to update your profile photo.
