Problem in Identity Verification

Hi,
I am working here at upwork since 2+ years, suddenly few days back upwork wanted me to verify my identity that includes verfication of address too.
I have provided my CNIC and Bank statement for address but still I am unable to verify my identity. What else should I provide to get myself verified here?
