Problem in accepting offer

Client purchased my project catalogue but whenever I try to accept the offer a message appeared 'You can't join this team until client adds a complete address'. If anyone can help me out what's the problem. Thanks in advance

Hi Talha,

Your client will need to add their address so that you can accept the offer. Please advise your client to go to Settings > My Info > and add their address. Thank you.
