Problem loading submit work for payment page

When I try to submit the files for payment, the page doesn't load and I tried multiple things, like restarting my computer, reloading the browser, and trying to submit work to another contract but to no avail.

I have uploaded an image of the problem

please can anyone help me with this issue?
