I have a problem with the payment page. I am justified in not making financial transactions with Iraq by mistake, but my PayPal account is for Turkey, but now I can not add a method. What should I do?

Your PayPal has to be in the county you are in. Your profile says Iraq, but your timezone says Iran... Iraq would nt be a problem. Iran, however, would.

Where exactly are you currently located?
