Problem setting up.

Hello!

I am trying to start up my old account again but upon trying to set up the phone verification, I got an error message saying that this number is already in use. I did have this account previously but had an error verifying my location because a photo my driver's license wasn't properly taken and I was locked out. Currently stuck, any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like you have two accounts setup on Upwork already. As a gentle reminder, please know that users are not allowed to have more than one account on Upwork as it is a violation of the Upwork Terms of Service. I would recommend that you close the new account, and I'll assist you with your old account.
