Problem to download files

Hi , Anyone having problem to download clients attachments?

I keep getting this from different workrooms:

This is usual here especially when the file uploaded was not been scanned by a virus scanner.

Ask your client to scan the file and reupload or contact him to send it to you through email. Better you scan the file before opening it.
