Problem uploading files to Portfolio

Hi everybody ---

I'm unable to upload files to my "portfolio" field. I am a proofreader and have a docx file with a sample. I've tried literally everything, but cannot get this document uploaded. I've tried uploading the document in doc, docx, PDF, jpg, and it still won't upload. I've cleared my cache, and tried using a different browser, but to no avail. I've contacted Customer Support with no luck. The "portfolio" section of Upwork simply won't accept my document. Does anyone have any suggestions?  (Thanks in advance.)
