Problem while upgarding the membership to plus. It is redirecting to the same page where it is asking me to click on activate and then I entered OTP and again it got redirected to the same page.
Same thing is happening when I try to buy connects. Could any one from CS help me?

Could you try to clear your cache and cookies or log in via another browser to update your membership plan? if you're still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know here. Thank you.

Hi sure first I cleared cache in mozilla and checked same issue and then changed browser to google chrome still same issue.
I clicked on "buy connects' then it took me to a payment gateway where I entered OTP and then straightaway it sent me back to the same page where it is asking me again
"Please select the "Buy Connects" button to continue"
