Problem with Form W-8BEN

Hello, I already fill out the "Form W-8BEN" in my perfil information, but I still can't get paid. Did I do something wrong or I have to do other things to be able to get access to my earnings?

Do you have earnings you can't access? Your profile doesn't show any jobs, so I'm not sure if you're trying to access money or you've received a message saying you need to add your financial details.
