Problem with Payoneer

I am having a bit of trouble with Payoneer. They blocked my cards and the money I have there.

They are asking me for some documents I think I cannot provide.

I have been around 5 years on platforms, never had a similar experience. Provided all other documents as needed and they were okay.

I provided a link to my Upwork profile page and Upwork's pdf Certificate of Earnings as an invoice which they did not recognize as a valid document?!

I really don't know what to do since I am not in correspondence with Upwork itself neither I have a direct contract with Upwork itself.

So I hope you see what the problem is.
