Is anyone having problem with paypal today?
I first tried trasffering money to paypal at 5.30pm India time that money didn't get transffered to my paypal account. Then after 4hrs (9.30pm India time) Upwork refunded money to my account.
Then again I tried at 9.45pm to paypal still same problem. It has been already 5hrs still money has not been trasffered to my paypal account yet.
My paypal account is active.
I really don't know where is the problem.
