Problem with Top Rated Badge

Hey everyone, 

Ive just discovered that although I have the Top Rated Plus badge my public profile which the clients see has the Top Rated badge instead. Has anyone experienced this and any ideas how to fix it?

I can see that the Top Rated Plus badge is listed on your profile.

Hi Avery, 

Although it  is showing on my profile, as you can see in the below screenshot I appear as Top Rated in Client searches. 

Also if you try to use the public profile link (https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~018cd67d0248706a2b) I appear as Top Rated as well. I used incongnito mode to take this screenshot

That is normal and by design,

Only "special" clients (Enterprise and Business) can see the "top-rated Plus" badge.

The vast majority just see "top-rated".- especially when in logged out view.
