Problem with Top Rated badge

Hello everyone.
Here is my problem: In my stats, I have 13 out of 16 Top Rated eligible weeks, but I haven't received the badge yet.
I thought this was all automated.
What should I do?

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for the badge to be awarded on your profile once you`ve become eligible. Thank you.
