Problem with a test

Few days ago I wanted to take the test of English to Arabic but I had ery bad internet connection so I did not take it.When my internet connection went well and I wanted to take it again I had this mesage on my screen:

Your test has expired. You cannot retake this test before 12/9/2015 10:19:00 PM

Please can you help me with this and let me take the test since I did not take it yet.

You could contact Support and ask them to reset the test.

Explain what you explained to us, and they may be able to help.
