Problem with accept

Hello! I have a problem. You accept my account, but I can't see information about, for example, payments. That's what I see: "It looks like we could not accept your application to join Upwork. To learn more, look for the email we sent you about your application. This email includes information about why we could not accept your profile and offers tips for reapplying, if you’re eligible."

I haven't got the letter about acceptance, but at the Upwork.com I see information about acceptance of my account.

I checked and it seems that your account is accepted and that you should be all set. Could you please send me a private message with more information on this along with the screenshots of the notification so that I can check and assist you further?
