Problem with adding certificate issued by Microsoft via certiport.com

Hello,
I tried to add a certificate to my Upwork profile issued by Microsoft via certiport.com (official partner of Microsoft). Upwork requires 'Transcript ID' and 'access code' which I neither found on my certificate nor on the Certiport website. Can you please, help me with how to add my certificate?
