Problem with free Freelancer Plus membership code activation

Greetings! I've received free Freelancer Plus membership code and have problem with activation. I've followed steps: Settings/Membership & Connects/View or edit membership plan/Sign in for Plus membership/Pay with PayPall ,but there is no box for entering a promo code only option to pay for membership via PayPall.

Do you have any other instructions?

No because there is no Have a promo code option.

Hi Gabrijela,

Once you click "Sign Up" under the Plus Plan on that page and add your billing method, you'll see a box where you'll be able to add your promo code and upgrade.

At this time we are not offering any discount codes/promos. If there are any offers, Upwork gives them via email, events, and partnerships. Thank you.
