Problem with other account

Please I know that have more than one account on upwork is a violation but I has to open this account, I am suraj. I opened this account so that I can contact upwork from here, I have a series of questions:

1. In my original account I uploaded my Government Valid I'd and it has been 10 days I have not received a reply.
2. I have been trying to contact upwork from there but to no avail it doesn't work.
3. I think my account Is suspended so I want it reinstated and I will close this account once that I done.
4. I know upwork rules and have been a prime user for 2 months and have rents to pay please I need my account. If anyone can help please do.
