Problem with payment

Dear all,

Upwork made a mistake. Whom I can ask? I was supposed to receive $1,741.41 and I specially for upwork opened a USD account. However, upwork somehow dedcided that the account is in BGN because the bank is Bulgarian. And because of this, I lost 100 dollars. Can somebody help?
