Problem with test

I am trying to take a test, but it shows me the test is expired, as if I had already taken it although I haven't. What can I do?

The test is English Spelling Test (U.S. Version). This is the message it shows: 

Your test has expired. You can retake the test after 06/20/2019.

I never took the US version test.
