Hi. I did the identity verification for the second time and you confirmed but problems happens with my account as if it is still under review. This time I am trying to add my local bank details and it tells me that unfortunately my account is under review!
Problems before were just after you confirmed my verification, when my account showed that I am verified on one page and not verified on the verification page. And other bugs!
Can someone help me with adding my local bank details?

This for example happened after the day I got confirmed (see the attached image), and I told them in my support ticket that I was just confirmed, and my account shows both that I am confirmed and not confirmed, and they solved it right away. Still problems with the system.

I tried to replicate the issue you mentioned, but I was not able to see the error message you shared. Could you please try to use a different browser or clear your cache and cookies? Please let us know if the issue persists.

Yes. It is still persisting. I tried again couple times, one time using firefox (with cleared cache and history). Same results. Attached additional screenshots.
