Profile Changed to Private

Hello,

 

My profile has been automatically changed to "Private" saying that I was inactive for some time. Although I did not have payments for 2-3 weeks it is far from being inactive: I have sent  and received proposals during this period, have started a new contract with client three days ago, received funds into escrow, etc.

 

On top of that I cant log-in into support center and that is why I am writing here.

Hi Bosko,

 

I’ve reset your profile visibility back to public. Just so that you are aware, freelancers with no earnings in 30 days will have their profile set to private (locked) automatically. To avoid this, you can resume earnings on a new contract or upgrade your membership to the Plus plan. You can check out more info about this here. Thank you!
