Profile Completeness Issue

Hi,

My profile is showing as only 95% complete. When I click on "Complete your profile", it shows that the education section of my profile is still incomplete, but I've entered my education several times now. I keep deleting and reentering the information, but the section is still listed as incomplete. How do I fix this issue?

I've tried the chatbot and it won't let me submit a support request. I don't know what else to do.

I solved my own issue. I added my high school diploma (degree) and that seemed to solve the problem. Previously, I only listed my college degree because that's the only level of education that seemed relevant. No idea why anyone needs to know what high school I graduated from, but ok.
