Hello.
I'm having issues with creating my profile/portfolio. It keeps showing an error message. I'd like to know if this is due to any restrictions made on my location. And if not, how best can I resolve this. I'd like to get into the system as soon as I can. Attached below, is an illustration of the error message I receive .
