Profile Error "Private, restricted or blocked!"

I have the same problem. I got a job, but my client can not find my profile.

Hi Petro,

 

If you were hired, your client can find your profile both under their Jobs and Freelancers tabs. If you were not hired but you're communicating with your client, you can send them your profile link. Finally, you set your profile to private and can change its visibility in Settings > Profile Settings.

I contacted support about this awhile back. They told me that it's supposed to be that way. They want people to log in, so they don't show all of the freelancers' profiles. That's fine by me, but the message that people get about it being "private, restricted, or blocked" is inaccurate and makes it sound as though I've done something wrong. In my opinion, "public" should mean "public." If they don't want to do it that way, I wish they'd at least use a nicer message like "To view this freelancer's profile, please log in."

It's extremely frustrating that potential clients are told that it's "private, restricted, or blocked" when it's really none of the above.
