The words "flag as inappropriate" constitute a link/button that users of this website can link IF you put inappropriate things on your profile page.
But right now, your profile IS FINE.
WE ALL have the "flag as inappropriate" link at the top of our profile pages. I have it. Petra has it. Ronald has it. All of us have it. Don't worry about it.
The phrase "flag as inappropriate" is NOT THE SAME as "flagged as inappropriate."
See the difference: "flag" versus "flagged."
Your profile hasn't been flagged. It's just POSSIBLE to flag it WHEN you put bad stuff on it. So don't put bad stuff there.

Ignore the 30% query - finally 100% - However, my public view still reads 'flag as inappropriate'.
Would be most grateful for advice.
No advice needed. As stated several times in this thread, that link is for users to REPORT you. Flag is not the same as Flagged. If you were FLAGGED, you would have received email from Upwork as to the reason (usually a bad photo, stolen Portfolio content, or stolen Overview content.)
