Hi, I am new to Upwork and am trying to create my profile. Is there a way I can create it without uploading a picture of my face? can I just leave it, or just put my logo there instead?

Yes.

If you intend to use Upwork only as a client (not as a freelancer), then you do not need to have a profile photo. Or, if you prefer, you may use a logo or avatar or other image.

Alternatively, you may create a freelancer profile on other platforms (not Upwork) which do not require profile photos.

Eli, you're only 14 - you cannot use Upwork until you're 18, whether you have a profile photo or not.
