Profile Photo Will Not Upload

I have been trying to submit my profile for approval for over a week. No matter what type of photo I select, what size it is or how close up it is I contstantly get the same error that says my photo does not fit the requirements. 

I do not know what else to do to get my photo to upload and then be able to submit my profile for approval. 

I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me because I have not found a single way to get in contact with Upwork support in order to get assistance.
