Profile Setting Issues

Hello - I recently changed my profile visibility to "Upwork Users Only" Since then I have had 2 issues with my account:

1. After 3 weeks and using the Google webmaster tool removal my Upwork profile is still showing up on google searches. - I have attached an image for reference.

2. Video previews in my portfolio under my profile are no longer showing. I have attached an image for reference.

Can anybody help with this?
