Profile Visibility down to 0

I have an issue, my account views go down the last few weeks. I had close to 80 a week and now it is a stable 0. Could you please help me with this issue? What am I doing wrong? What should I do to turn this dynamic back to normal numbers?

Refer to Glory H's explanation in this thread. Also, setting your earnings to private can hurt you - if a client does a search and wants to filter according to a certain amount earned, they won't see your profile. (It's pointless anyway - clients can still see how much you've been charging when you apply to their projects.)

I need advice , why from 01.05.2022 ( last two weeks ) my account to be discovered 0 times ?

I submit offers every day, My Rating is very good , I am Top Rated Plus , response time is excelent ,

Marketing effectiveness are good .... But since 2 weeks something strange happens and I am discovered 0 times

Any advice or if someone can share experience ?

The profiles visibility in the front pages of search results to the clients, rotates for fair exposure to all profiles. At the times when your profile is at the front or in the first few pages of the search results, you’ll have more views.

The rotation period may vary as more qualified profiles enters the competition.

Views from submitted offers doesn’t count.  Only views from search results count.

Hi All,

I would like to thank you for your patience during our investigation of your reports. Please know that we are constantly working on the improvement of the relevancy formula. I would like to clarify that freelancers in search results are shown on a rotating basis so that everyone gets a fair chance to be discovered.

Additionally, at the time of these reports, there was another issue that may have caused this drop in profile views. I assure you that our engineers are addressing it.
