Profile active circle always shows Gray

Hi,

I have available badge.But my active circle on my Upwork profile app always shows Gray,even when I am online.How can I solved out this.please help me

Thank you for reaching out to us. As William mentioned, we can confirm that your “Available now” badge is currently on. The green indicator on your profile picture is the "Online" and "Invisible". Please see this screenshot for your reference.
