Profile and work history wiped out.

I have been working here on upwork since 2008 when it was still odesk. I have a very good career here. I stopped 1 year ago to go back to school and earn a new degree. Now I am ready to work again and when I logged in my profile has been wiped out. My work history is wiped out. What happened? This is very frustrating. All my ratings, all my previous work. It's gone.

Hi Joseph,

It looks like the account you are using to post here is new. I was however able to locate the account that, I believe, you are referring to and it still has all the Work History. Please, try to log into Upwork with a different email address you used on your original account.

Once you access it, please close the new account you created to avoid having duplicate accounts.
