Hi Joseph,
It looks like the account you are using to post here is new. I was however able to locate the account that, I believe, you are referring to and it still has all the Work History. Please, try to log into Upwork with a different email address you used on your original account.
Once you access it, please close the new account you created to avoid having duplicate accounts.
