Profile approval - Please help!!!!

Hello!
I'm planning to start an agency with my business partner "**Edited for Community Guidelines**". But he tried several times and everything to get his profile approved... But nothing worked out. Can someone assist us ? We really want to start working in Upwork.

 According to the CEO 98 % of new profiles are rejected. Of the 2% who do get in, the majority never earn asingle Dollar.

Frankly, in most categories, Upwork is full.

After being rejected a couple of times chances of approval are pretty much 0 - probably best to look for a different platform.

Hi Manuel,

I`m sorry to hear that your friend was not accepted, please keep in mind that I can`t share details for another user with you.

In order to work as a team you will need to open an agency and invite your team members, your team members will need to have approved accounts so that they can join your agency and start working. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. The thing is that the button to create a new topic in his account is disabled, that's why I am talking to you in his behalf. The problem is that he already has a complete profile but it never gets approved. And because of that I can´t create an Agency with him.Can you please review his profile or contact him ?  His profile WAS reviewed.  I think you missed the part that 98% of all hopefuls are rejected these days. The majority of those 2% who are accepted never win a job either.  (Like you may have noticed) Your friend was rejected several times so it looks like you won't be founding any agency with him on Upwork.

Starting an agency as a new freelancer is borderline insane as it makes it less likely for you to win your first job because most clients prefer individual freelancers over agencies.

IT is totally full, just as all the other categories on UW. I think you guys are putting way more hope in UW than you should. This may result into a lot of time being wasted.
