Profile data messed up

I have uploaded information from a PDF profile and it has been stored in the wrong order. Some recent work at the top, then old work, then newer work, finally the 2nd most recent work. I can't re-order to a sensible (reverse chronological) sequence.

Also, I have entered my skills about 5 times, they are always then re-ordered into the least lucrative order, least desirable skills first, most desirable skills last.
