It's me or Upwork has changed the Profile format displayed to clients? and why "Not enough invites" is displayed under Availability?

That's always shown in the code behind on the front-end, so they are probably just displaying it now.

Yes, I know lot of things are hidden in the code, but I don't understand why they are showing it in place of responsivness and the text for the question mark is empty.

Just discovered the new profile display for clients today and I think they're still testing.
