Profile hasn't been submitted.

Hi there! 🙂

For about 1 month I'm struggling with submitting my profile. Although I've just experienced in another freelance platform (Kwork) and scrutinized loads and loads of information about Upwork profile creation, I can't still get submit whatever I change or check in the profile.

So, actually, I've such conditions:

1. Photoshop and Retouching field of work.

2. Accepted profile photo.

3. 100% filled profile (indicator shows).

4. Portfolio.

5. Passed Upwork Readiness test.

6. Completely rechecked grammar and texts I wrote within the profile.

7. Filled payment method.

P.S. I know, that Upwork has strong requirements for profiles, but it seems like a simple ignore or failure of the platform because whatever I did, read, filled, changed - nothing helps.

If somebody had such a problem, how did you solve it?

I'm so sorry, but now I've got some other issues:

1) Profile became submitted, connects got available, but such a message appeared:

"Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."

2) An assist agent you prompted yesterday hasn't just appeared.
