Profile locked erroneously

I received an email which said I have not worked through UpWork lately and that my profile was locked. That email was clearly sent in error, because I logged work just this week.

Why does your system do that?

If you have not EARNED for 30 days, this is what happens, but as soon as the next earnings go in, it automatically sets back to public.

Or you can ask Support to make it public or get a plus membership.

That's incorrect. It literally says "you have not worked through upwork lately" but that is clearly not true. I have earned money just this week.

 Well, Upwork's phrasing leaves a lot to be desired. What they mean is invoicing date. The invoicing date for hours logged this week is tomorrow.

 

Read this

 

It's also not that big a deal, clients whose jobs you apply to ca still see your profile as before, you just don't appear in searches for the day or so it takes to set it public again.
