Profile not approved and don't know why

Hi, I have resubmitted my account, but it says there's an issue. When I go on my account, the status says solved. I changed my profile details but it feels like it doesn't acknowledge the change,

Hi Ocean,

You need to update your profile photo to one that clearly shows just your face and no more of your body than your neck and shoulders. Also, please rewrite your overview. In general, your overview should use complete sentences and clearly describe your skills and expertise. The skills noted should be related to your title. Afterwards, please resubmit your profile for review. We wish you a positive outcome with this.
