Profile on hold

Hi after I changed my pofile picture last night, I noticed now that I cannot bid for any projects...I need to bid ASAP, now I tried to verify my profile again but it says I am done with Id and video, what should I do to remove my on hold account? please help me

Sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused you. I can see that your profile is no longer restricted and you should be able to send proposals in the marketplace.
