Profile picture approval help

Dear Upwork community, 

I made this account back in 2012 when there was no restrictions about the profile picture. I started working here now again. Now you require a face recognized photo in order to complete the profile. I tried uploading my picture in niqab (face cover) but it didn't approve. I'm already working on other websites with profile photos wearing the Niqab without having any problem. Let me know what help can be provided regarding this issue.

Hi Aisha, A niqab is allowed for a user's profile image, but you may be required to do further ID verification. Please follow the instructions on the ticket that was created for you. You may access your ticket through this link.
