Profile picture getting rejected due to glasses

Hi. I am trying to upload my profile picture but the system keeps rejecting it, saying I shouldn't wear sunglasses.

I fear that my glasses are just too thick, but my face is visible. How do I get through this?

I've attached the photo I'll be using just in case.

Marion, the photo you attached seems fine to me. If it gets rejected, I suggest contacting support. Good luck!

Thanks John! I actually tried looking for related issues and contacting support before posting this but to no avail.

The one on the help center just seems to keep redirecting me here by asking me which channel would I want my question be sent to but it doesn't appear on "my requests".

I have now found a way to ask for support though after a short while, thanks again!

Marion, it might be those really strong reflections.

I've removed them in Photoshop, see if the attached works better ...

Hey Petra, that was awesome! The system now has accepted the picture.

Thanks a lot for that! I didn't think the system would have faulted it for sunglasses due to those reflections. I really need to change my glasses since I'm having trouble with webcams too.

Hello Petra, I saw that you help a few others with photo issues and was wondering if you could help. I spent about 2 hrs last night loading several different pics with several different lighting and still would not accept.

We can't see the picture you are trying to attach but could you please try to upload a different photo of yourself where your face and eyes are clearly visible.
