If i didn't change my profile picture does upwork suspend my account in future my profile is verified and I had earned the verified badge and upwork also does not ask me to do it.

I don't think that Upwork will suspend your account for a profile picture. But always keep in mind that the image you use for your Upwork profile should be yours with a clear face. You should take care of the light, background, and facial expression while taking a picture for your Upwork profile. Follow the rules and you will never get suspended 🙂

Thank you for your message. As mentioned in the section 1.3 of our user agreement, you must provide accurate personal information when you sign up and you must update your account if your personal information changes. We can suspend or terminate your account if the information you give us is false, outdated, or incomplete. This is applicable to your profile photo as well.
