Profile problems

Hi,

I can not upload project thumbnails in protfolio. Managed to upload some, yet failed with the others.

Any ideas what might be the reason for that and how to fix the problem? Format is valid, pictures are small...

I am sorry to hear you ran into some problems uploading files to your portfolio. If the size and format of the files are correct, you can try uploading them using a different browser. If the issue still persists, please contact Customer Support.

Piggybacking on this issue: could you tell us specifically what the size and format requirements are for uploading a thumbnail image to our work portfolios?

Hi Katarina,

You can use .jpeg, .png, or .gif. formats for your profile picture and you will be able to crop it after uploading. Please, see a couple of articles with some useful information here and here.
