Profile rating algorithm

Hi,

I can't understand the algorithm for profile rating. Currently, I've the following attributes to my profile:

• Current Job success is 100%
• First hire on Upwork was more than 90 days ago
• 100% profile completed
• 12-month earnings is more than $2k
• 100% long term clients
• No recent account hold
• Readiness test passed with 5.0

With all these attributes, I think I should have TOP RATED badge on my profile. But even pass the readiness test completed more than 12 days ago, I still have not been granted Rising talent. Is there another requirement.

How many top rated eligible weeks have you got? (Needs to be at least 13 ).

You won't get "Rising Talent" if you have a Job Success Score.

By the way... Where do you see 

• Current Job success is 100%"

You don't have any Job Success Score at all... You've only completed one contract. That isn't enough to get a JSS.
