Hello,
I'm sending you this message as my friend needs help and guidance from the Upwork support team regarding his profile re-submission issue.
The issue is, He was having an upwork account since 2015 and it was an active account. Suddenly in 2016, his account is gone under re-submission with it he received an email mentioning the change in profile image. After following the process he changes his profile but the issue was not solved.
Recently again he tried to contact the support team and ask them for the issue by email. And he received an email with reason that there are a lot of people with the same skill set he has. Now I want to help my friend by getting the proper reason for re-submission and solution for it, So he can get his profile approved and start his work on upwork.

Okay i understand the terms. I'm sorry for that. But can you please tell me what's the process of generating the ticket as he's not unable to contact support team since the re-submission issue is raised.
