Is there a live person at Upwork to assist me? My profile was set to private, apparently because I haven't secured a project. I have applied to numerous projects, but no one will hire me. I keep having to purchase 'tokens', because you lose them when you apply to a project - whether they hire you or not.
I have already been scammed on my first attempt with a client, and beginning to think Upwork is also a scam. At this point, Upwork has provided absolutely no value. How do I receive my tokens back and shut down my profile?
